Bernard Duval Foundation for vaccination
Bernard was passionate about his work and he believed strongly that new recruits in the field of vaccination should be encouraged and supported during their training. You can honour his memory by making a contribution to the foundation that bears his name.
The goal of the Bernard Duval Foundation for vaccination is to support public health activities related to vaccination (research, training, epidemiology, communication, organization).
Money raised by the foundation will be used more specifically for such activities as:
- Helping student research projects in a field related to vaccination
- Offering bursaries to students who demonstrate interest in vaccination, in the field of health, communication or another related field
- Funding the participation of a student in a scientific convention on vaccination
- Measuring the impact of an initiative to improve vaccination services
- Awarding a prize to honour an individual who has contributed to the advance of vaccination
The Bernard Duval Foundation for vaccination is a specific fund established within the CHUQ Foundation. You can print a donation form and send it by mail to the CHUQ Foundation, which will issue a tax receipt for all donations of $20 or more. Be sure to indicate that your donation is for the Bernard Duval Fund for vaccination.
